Friendly service but the car was dirty inside and out. It had over 30k miles

My girlfriend got a call today threatening and yelling at her. He told her "return my car now or else I'm reporting stolen" She had NO idea that a bill was even due! She spoke to a rep yesterday about switching cars and agreed on a time to do so. NOTHING about a bill! Ontop of that, that bill is double what she was originally quoted. I'm not sure why they were so rude to her, especially with all of what's she's going through right now. She needed the car to visit her dying mother in the hospital out of town. Just rude and mean! I'd NEVER recommend this place, maybe a different location. But the billing manager at this location is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. How dare him speak to a woman that way?

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from this location. There was a delay with my pickup. As such, they totally made up for it by giving me a discount and upgrading me to a luxury car. The people I dealt with could not have been nicer. I would definitely recommend this location.
