I LOVE Traci. I love her classes! Her pilates classes were the first type of workout classes I've ever taken where I've actually seen results (I was a Pure Barre fanatic for a while, but my knees started to hurt during classes so I stopped). I started looking for another studio to join that would be easy on my joints and my scoliosis and I just stumbled upon her studio. She is amazing-she works with your injuries/health problems to make you stronger. She's a great teacher and is so invested in her clients--she makes classes fun and your body does start seeing changes! I've never been so strong or flexible! I am hooked and will take classes FOREVER!!
