100 percent unacceptable customer service. I called to make an appointment to get my measurements taken because I am ordering my bridesmaids dress through their company but through the Kansas City location (thats where all the other bridesmaids and bride live) but they said I could only come in Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. I explained I go to school and work out of town Monday- Friday and asked if they could make an exception and do it over the weekend. The lady on the phone said no and that I would have to either miss school or work. I am upset because now I have to go to a private seamstress and pay extra money for a simple exception they should of done for a customer.
