Elegance Family Dentistry at 1220 Bison Avenue suite a2, Newport Beach, California.

I went to Elegance Family Dentistry twice -- once for a retainer replacement and another for a regular check-up. After receiving my end-of-the-year dental insurance billing statement, I realized I was overcharged on both occasions for upwards of $200. I was hoping this was a small miscalculation on the billing end but after bringing it up to their attention, they brushed me off and said their "calculations were correct". After getting my insurance involved, I was able to get my refund 2 months later but it was a very disappointing experience as a customer. They do have a nice, clean facility but I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you do, make sure to check your dental insurance statements (not Elegance's) to make sure you aren't getting overcharged with hidden fees.

A great experience at the dentist to say the least. Everyone's friendly, and they've always worked with me in regards to insurance and payment options. The environment is new, fresh, clean and sparkling every time.
