State Farm: Michele Brandmeier at 20250 Southwest Acacia Street #125, Newport Beach, California.

I move back to Ca 3 years ago and found Michele at State Farm, she is not only amazing so is her office. This past year my family and i where in the San Marcos Ca coco fire. We had less than 2 min to leave our home, we got our 2 dogs and 2 kids and left not knowing if we would even have a home to go back to, When i called Michele her first word are you ok and are you in a safe place. Then she asked if there was any thing we needed.
Several days later once we were able to walk in to our home being very over whelmed to find my home covered in ash ( everything that did not have a hard surface ruined) i called Michelle to open my claim. She then told me not to worry and she was sending me a advance check for $1500. to go get what we needed in tell everything got sorted out. Then Michele and her staff got us in to the Marriott extended stay with NO cost out of pocket. ( Michele and State Farm truly are the best) During the time we where miss places feeling like i was spiraling out of control living in a hotel i would call Michele and she would always get me calm and tell me everything would be taken care ( she was correct). Thank you Michele.

I have to say as all my neighbor who were effected by the fire some had other insurance did not have as a easy go with the fire claims as I. Some of my neighbors had to pay there full hotel bill out of pocket ( i did not have to pay a dime).

One last thing If you are a renter do make sure you have renters Insurance. If my Husband and i did not have Renters Insurance I don't know how we would have replaced all our soft good.
